We are recruiting an Event & Operations Coordinator to join a specialist training environment focused on veterinary education and hands-on clinical learning.
The organisation delivers high-quality veterinary symposia and practical training programmes across Europe, combining academic learning with real-world, hands-on workshops. The Neu-Isenburg Training Centre is a key hub for these activities, supporting both structured training events and advanced practical laboratory sessions.
This is a highly operational, detail-oriented role where you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of training events from preparation through to execution and follow-up. The role requires someone who is comfortable working in a practical, clinical-style environment and enjoys being close to the operational detail.
Key responsibilities
Event & Training Coordination
- Preparation and setup of training rooms and event spaces
- Coordination of catering, materials, and participant logistics
- Ensuring all facilities, equipment, and materials are fully prepared before each session
- On-site operational support during training courses as key point of contact
Practical Training & Laboratory Support
- Setting up surgical and clinical training stations for workshops
- Preparing specimens and practical training materials in line with hygiene and compliance standards
- Supporting hands-on veterinary training sessions and ensuring smooth execution
- Managing availability of instruments, equipment, and consumables
Operations & Logistics
- Maintenance and organisation of training equipment and materials
- Stock management and ordering of supplies as required
- Coordination of specialist logistics related to training materials
- Post-event administration including documentation and feedback collection
Candidate profile
This role is best suited to candidates with experience in a medical, veterinary, nursing, laboratory, or healthcare environment, or those with exposure to structured operational or technical training settings.
You will need:
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and a structured, reliable working style
- Comfort working with medical or technical equipment and materials
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced operational environment
- Strong communication skills in German and English
- A proactive, hands-on approach to work
