Hanover, Germany Hybrid Fixed term Full Time 38,5 138766 You will carry out these tasks with enthusiasm:

  • Managing online marketing campaigns end-to-end – from briefing and planning through to implementation, optimisation and evaluation.
  • Translating business, brand and market objectives into integrated campaign plans across all relevant digital channels (paid search, social, display, metasearch, affiliate, CRM, onsite).
  • Ensuring consistent, brand-compliant campaign implementation across all markets, taking local requirements into account.
  • Planning, coordination and timing of all campaign activities, including dependencies and approval processes.
  • Holistic management of paid social activities throughout the customer journey (from inspiration to conversion) and close coordination across the channel mix.
  • Briefing, quality assurance and coordination of social media content in relation to platform, target audience and funnel stage.
  • Definition of KPIs, continuous performance monitoring, and data-driven optimisation and derivation of learnings (“Test & Learn”).

You should bring the following to the role:

  • A degree in business administration (ideally with a focus on marketing) or equivalent training
  • Proven experience in managing end-to-end digital or online marketing campaigns, ideally in the e-commerce, travel, hospitality sectors or with a consumer-facing brand.
  • Experience in implementing integrated multi-channel campaigns, including paid search advertising, paid social media advertising, display advertising, CRM and onsite activities.
  • Proven experience in using paid social as part of broader full-funnel campaign strategies, rather than in isolation.
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration with performance marketing, content and analytics teams.
  • Experience of working with media and creative agencies, as well as with influencer and user-generated content.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, international or multi-market environment is highly desirable.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English
