About the role

The Europe Distribution & Inventory Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of inventory, service levels, and distribution performance across all European operations, including 3PL (Third Party Logistics Providers) and internal warehouse networks. The primary objective of this role is to ensure reliable, compliant, and efficient product distribution across Europe—maximizing customer service levels while optimizing inventory investment, transportation flows, and regional responsiveness.

This role partners closely with Commercial, Supply Chain, and the Director of Distribution & Planning to define inventory and service strategies aligned to regional market dynamics. It drives operational excellence across the distribution network by setting clear performance expectations, leading continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring strong execution across all warehouse locations. This role is critical to ensuring business continuity, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency across a complex European distribution landscape, while supporting broader transformation initiatives within the organization.

What you’ll do

  • Distribution Excellence: Ensure seamless order fulfillment, on-time delivery, and consistent service levels across a multi-country European network, balancing centralized and in-market inventory strategies.
  • Inventory Strategy & Optimization: Establish country and regional inventory strategies that account for demand variability, lead times, regulatory requirements, and service expectations while minimizing excess and obsolescence.
  • 3PL & Warehouse Performance Management: Oversee and optimize the performance of 3PL partners and internal sites, including KPIs, cost control, capacity planning, and service reliability.
