Intelligent Automation Architect (Ref: 196790)

We are seeking a AI Solutions Architect / Automation Architect to design and deliver end-to-end AI agent platforms and intelligent automation solutions across enterprise and government clients in the GCC region (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar).

Role Overview

You will lead the architecture and delivery of AI-enabled solutions spanning LLM-based applications, agentic workflows, RAG pipelines, vector databases, orchestration frameworks, and enterprise automation. You will work closely with clients, pre-sales teams, and internal delivery squads to translate business problems into scalable, secure AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end AI and intelligent automation solutions (agents, RAG, LLM integrations, orchestration, vector stores
• Lead solution design, technical strategy, and implementation oversight across AI projects
• Support pre-sales activities including RFP responses, solution framing, and client presentations
• Assess AI readiness and define feasible, value-driven use cases
• Produce or oversee BRD-level and solution architecture documentation
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and data residency requirements (on-prem / sovereign cloud)
• Engage with executive stakeholders and clearly articulate business value of AI solutions
• Mentor and guide a small team of AI engineers and business analysts

Required Experience & Skills

• 8+ years in IT with 2–4+ years in AI/ML or LLM-based solution architecture
• Proven delivery of 5–10 real-world end-to-end AI use cases with measurable business impact
• Strong hands-on experience with AI solution design
• Experience with LLM platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of:
• RAG architectures
• Vector databases / vector stores
• Prompt engineering
• LLM integration and model training concepts
• AI agent orchestration frameworks (e.g., MCP-like patterns)
• Security, guardrails, and responsible AI practices
• Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills

Preferred Experience

• Deployment of AI solutions in on-prem or GPU/sovereign cloud environments
• Exposure to Microsoft ecosystem, Automation Anywhere, ECM/Hyland platforms
• Experience across multiple industries and enterprise-scale deployments
• Strong pre-sales and client-facing consulting background
