Jacobs Advisory is seeking a senior Strategy & Transformation Lead to play a pivotal role in the growth of our Strategy & Transformation capability in the Middle East.
This is a leadership position for an experienced transformation professional who will both grow and shape an evolving regional capability and personally lead complex, high ‑ profile engagements for government and major private ‑ sector clients across the region.
The role suits a leader with deep experience in public-sector and infrastructure ‑ related transformation, someone who is comfortable operating at executive level, guiding large organisations through strategy, operating model redesign, and enterprise ‑ scale change, while building a strong, sustainable internal team around them.
Role Purpose
The Strategy & Transformation Lead will:
Grow and shape Jacobs Advisory’s Strategy & Transformation capability in the Middle East
Act as lead advisor and engagement head on major transformation assignments
Partner with senior government and private ‑ sector leaders to define direction and deliver lastingorganisationalchange
Develop people, methods, and market presence to support long ‑ term regional growth
Key Responsibilities
Grow and Shape the Regional Strategy & Transformation Capability
Play a leading role inmaturing and scaling an existing Strategy & Transformation capability , strengthening its market positioning, depth, and impact across the Middle East.
Shape service offerings, approaches, and intellectual property across areas such as:
Public ‑ sectorand infrastructure strategy
Target operating model design
Organisationalrestructuring and governance
Transformation delivery and change management
Mentor, develop, andretainsenior andmid ‑ levelconsultants, building ahigh ‑ performing, trusted team.
Work collaboratively across Jacobs Advisory and the wider Jacobs business, integrating strategy and transformation with technical, digital, and delivery capabilities.
Contribute to thought leadership, market engagement, and strategic pursuits aligned to government andcity ‑ scaletransformation agendas.
Lead Complex Client Engagements
Act as lead engagement partner for major, complex assignments, particularly for government, municipal, infrastructure, andregulated ‑ sectorclients.
Personally lead strategy and transformationprogrammesspanning:
Enterprise and sector strategies
Target operating models andorganisationaldesign
Service delivery improvement
Capability, governance, and performance frameworks
Large ‑ scalechange and implementation oversight
Engage directly with senior client stakeholders, including Director Generals, executives, board members, and senior officials.
Facilitateexecutive ‑ leveldiscussions, build alignment across diverse stakeholder groups, and guide clients through ambiguity, change, anddecision ‑ ma
