A leading Sweet & Chocolate Factory is looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to drive our online business and expand our digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage and optimize the company’s e-commerce website and online marketplaces
✅ Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales and customer engagement
✅ Monitor website performance, analytics, and conversion rates
✅ Coordinate with marketing, operations, and customer service teams
✅ Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory updates
✅ Identify new opportunities for business growth in digital channels

Requirements:
✔ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field
✔ Proven experience in e-commerce management
✔ Strong knowledge of online marketplaces and website management
✔ Experience with digital marketing and analytics tools
✔ Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
✔ Experience in FMCG, food, sweets, or chocolate industry is a Mandatory
