About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Corporate Sales Executive to drive business development and sales of our corporate training solutions across the UAE market. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record in B2B sales, corporate pitching, client acquisition, and relationship management, preferably within the training, learning & development, HR consulting, or professional services industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new corporate leads across various industries.
  • Pitch and promote corporate training programs, leadership development initiatives, soft skills training, sales training, and customized learning solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HR leaders, L&D managers, department heads, and key decision-makers.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and training needs analysis.
  • Develop customized proposals and commercial offers based on client requirements.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.
  • Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts and reports.
  • Collaborate with trainers and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and industry forums.
  • Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of proven B2B corporate sales experience.
  • Prior experience selling corporate training, learning solutions, HR services, consulting services, or professional development programs is highly preferred.
  • Strong corporate pitching and presentation skills.
  • Existing network of HR, L&D, and corporate decision-makers in the UAE market is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
