The Role

• Design innovative solutions, concepts, and decision templates for projects
• Analyze business requirements related to material flow from inbound to outbound logistics and translate them into functional and technical requirements
• Consult on digitalization projects along the material flow, including analysis, evaluation, and documentation of business process and IT requirements
• Conceptualize, conduct, and moderate requirement and process workshops
• Design and document processes, use cases, user stories, interfaces, and data models
• Act as a bridge between subject matter experts, developers, and management

What You'll Need

• Professional experience in business analysis or process management in SAP MM/WM/PP/SD
• Understanding of interfaces to logistics service providers and SAP Add-ons
• Strong analytical skills and quick comprehension, even in complex environments
• Methodological competence in requirements and process management (e.g., BPMN2.0, ePK) or Lean Management is a plus
• Excellent communication and moderation skills coupled with an agile and results-oriented mindset
