Job Summary

Strato Creations LLC is seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Operations Manager to oversee and manage the company’s overall operations, project execution, resource planning, procurement, and business performance. The ideal candidate will ensure the successful delivery of turnkey fit-out projects while maximizing operational efficiency, profitability, quality, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

  • Lead and manage the overall operations of the company.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Monitor company performance, project delivery, and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure all projects are executed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
  • Establish KPIs and performance metrics for departments and project teams.

Project & Resource Management

  • Oversee multiple turnkey fit-out projects across residential, commercial, hospitality, and retail sectors.
  • Coordinate manpower allocation, equipment utilization, and resource planning.
  • Support project teams in resolving technical, operational, and commercial challenges.
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, procurement activities, and progress reports.
  • Ensure proper project planning and execution methodologies are followed.

Procurement & Supply Chain

  • Supervise procurement activities and vendor management.
  • Ensure timely sourcing of materials, subcontractors, and specialized services.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to achieve cost savings and quality standards.
  • Monitor inventory, stores, and logistics operations.

Financial & Commercial Management

  • Monitor project profitability, cost control, and cash flow.
  • Review project budgets, variation orders, claims, and commercial risks.
  • Support management in forecasting, budgeting, and operational planning.
  • Ensure efficient utilization of company resources and assets.

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Attend client meetings and provide strategic operational support.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and project performance.

Compliance & Quality

  • Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, authority approvals, and company policies.
  • Oversee implementation of HSE standards and quality control procedures.
  • Ensure all projects comply with contractual requirements and industry standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
  • Minimum 10–15 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out, construction, or turnkey contracting.
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects and operational teams.
  • Strong knowledge of fit-out works, joinery, MEP, procurement, and project management.
  • Excellent leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Strong commercial and financial management capabilities.
  • Experience with project scheduling and resource planning tools.
  • UAE Driving License is mandatory.
