A growing AI engineering consultancy in Frankfurt is hiring a Senior / Lead Data Scientist to help solve complex real-world problems across healthcare, insurance, finance, energy and manufacturing.
The most successful people in this team are naturally sceptical. They question the data before the model . They care about statistical rigour . They understand that a surprisingly good result is often the first thing that deserves investigating.
You’ll work directly with customers, taking projects from problem definition through to deployment and stakeholder presentation . The work is varied, technically challenging, and focused on delivering outcomes that stand up in production .

What you’ll work on
- Predictive analytics and machine learning projects across multiple industries
- Statistical analysis of messy, incomplete and real-world datasets
- Time series, tabular, text and occasionally image-based data problems
- Customer-facing consulting and technical delivery
- End-to-end project ownership from discovery through to deployment
What they’re looking for
- Several years of commercial Data Science or Machine Learning experience
- Strong statistical foundations and a genuine understanding of uncertainty, hypothesis testing and model evaluation
- Excellent Python skills and experience with modern ML frameworks
