For the better. Together. As Global Airfreight Business Analyst, you drive data-driven decision-making across our global airfreight organization. Working closely with business, operations, and IT, you transform complex requirements into meaningful KPIs, intuitive dashboards, and actionable insights. By combining analytical expertise with business understanding, you enable stakeholders worldwide to monitor performance and make informed decisions.

About The Job

• Own and continuously develop the global airfreight reporting portfolio, driving performance transparency and business steering.
• Translate complex business needs into actionable insights through data analysis, reporting, and performance monitoring.
• Partner with business, operations, and IT stakeholders to define requirements and deliver impactful reporting solutions.
• Establish and govern standardized KPIs across the global airfreight organization, ensuring consistency and reliability.
• Design intuitive dashboards and scalable reporting solutions that support data-driven decision-making at all levels.
• Act as the airfreight reporting and analytics expert, driving reporting adoption, data quality, and continuous improvement.

About You

• Strong understanding of the airfreight industry, including key processes, performance drivers, and operational challenges.
• Proven experience in data analytics and reporting, with hands-on expertise in Power BI, Excel, and SQL.
• Solid knowledge of business analysis methodologies, KPI development, and performance management frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complex data into meaningful business insights.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, enabling you to bridge the gap between technical and business audiences.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in cross-functional and international environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Professional proficiency in the local language and advanced business-level English.
