Position: Retail Sales Manager

Job Overview:

The Retail Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding the company's fresh produce sales in the UAE's retail sector, including supermarkets, hypermarkets, and independent grocery stores.

The role involves developing sales strategies, maintaining strong relationships with retail clients, optimizing product placement, and ensuring smooth supply chain operations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5-7years of experience in retail sales within the fresh fruit and vegetable sector.
• Strong network and relationships with major retail chains in the UAE (Carrefour, Lulu, Union Coop, Spinneys, etc.).
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Deep understanding of the UAE fresh produce market, including pricing strategies, seasonal trends, and supply chain management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
• Languages: English is required; Arabic is plus.
• Driving License: UAE driving license is preferred as frequent travel to retail locations is required.
