Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to support daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow across departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administrative and office operations.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and visitor inquiries.
  • Maintain filing systems, records, and databases.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents.
  • Coordinate office supplies and vendor relationships.
  • Support HR activities such as attendance tracking and employee documentation.
  • Assist management with operational and administrative tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of administrative or office management experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Experience with ERP or office management software is an advantage.
