As the exclusive partner and installer for premium automotive brands including Mercedes EMC, Audi, Lucid, Lotus, XPENG, Exeed, Geely, MG, NIO, JLR, and others, we are expanding our Support & Maintenance Department to provide 24/7 technical support for residential and public EV charging networks.

About the Role

We are looking for experienced Support & Maintenance Engineers to join our growing team. Depending on operational requirements, you may be assigned to:

• Field Support & Maintenance (On-Site)
• Technical Support Operations (Back Office)
• Day or Night Shift rotations

Key Responsibilities

Field Support & Maintenance

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair AC and DC EV chargers.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Respond to emergency service requests across the UAE.
• Replace faulty components and perform testing and commissioning.
• Prepare technical service reports and maintenance documentation.
• Educate customers on charger operation and basic troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with manufacturers when required.
• Travel to customer locations using a company vehicle.

Technical Support Operations (Back Office)

• Monitor charger performance through remote management platforms (e.g. WattsWhere).
• Handle technical support tickets and customer inquiries.
• Provide remote troubleshooting and diagnostics.
• Coordinate field engineers and maintenance schedules.
• Manage warranty cases and service records.
• Coordinate spare parts availability and logistics.
• Support 24/7 operations through rotating shifts.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in EV charger installation, maintenance, or technical support.
• Strong knowledge of AC and DC charging systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.
• Familiarity with networking, communication protocols, and IoT systems is an advantage.
• Experience using CRM, ticketing, or maintenance management systems.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Arabic is an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving license is required for field engineers.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays when required.
