The Role

• Develop powerful SAP systems to process millions of commission cases in fractions of a second.
• Translate business requirements into innovative software solutions.
• Design robust software architecture from microservices to cloud infrastructures.
• Identify and resolve software vulnerabilities and errors, optimizing for performance.
• Contribute fresh ideas to modernize the technological landscape.
• Collaborate effectively with international teams and stakeholders.

What You'll Need

• Degree in Computer Science, Insurance, or a similar field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Several years of experience as an SAP ABAP Developer with a focus on data processing.
• Practical experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and DevOps practices.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and develop smart, holistic solutions.
• Fluent in German and English with strong presentation and teamwork skills.
