SAP HCM Developer (m/f/d)

We are currently supporting a leading SAP-focused consultancy in the search for an experienced SAP HCM Developer to join their growing team.

Your Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and maintain SAP HCM solutions and enhancements

• Develop custom applications and interfaces using SAP ABAP

• Support the optimisation of HR processes and system integrations

• Collaborate closely with consultants and business stakeholders

• Participate in implementation, migration and support projects

Your Profile:

• Several years of experience in SAP ABAP development

• Strong knowledge of SAP HCM, including Payroll and/or Time Management

• Experience developing interfaces, reports and enhancements

• Knowledge of SAP UI5, Fiori or WebDynpro is advantageous

• Fluent German (C1) and good English skills
