Job Description
- Administer procedures in a fair and consistent manner following highest quality standards.
- Identify security risk and vulnerabilities across the supply chain partners / logistic service providers
- Support supply chain incident investigations and tracking through field investigations.
- Analyze and identify incident trends and report them to management.
- Interpret and communicate the client’s corporate security and investigative policies.
- Collaborate closely with supply chain partners and logistic service providers to ensure corrective action plans are drafted and aligned with all relevant stakeholders.
- Track implementation of corrective action plans by supply chain partners and perform field validations to ensure the proper implementation of such plans
- Provide leadership in the continued implementation of the common security process and review the results with the client and the logistic service providers.
- Support and/or conduct security assessments incl. audits of supply chain partners and prospective suppliers.
- Engage with third-parties to assign security services to mitigate elevated risks within the local supply chain environment.
- Direct the activities of field operations personnel engaged in providing security services to ensure they are following all policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Monitor in-transit shipments, apply risk mitigation measures, and provide assurance that shipments have arrived intact at their intended destination.
- Establish and maintain liaison with governmental law enforcement and security agencies.
- Participate in local/regional security mutual aid organizations dealing with regional security issues related to TAPA, CTPAT and others.
- Facilitate the common implementation of best business practices in combination with continuous improvement programs.
- Willingness to travel.
- Loss Prevention during Transport (B2B / D2C) and Warehousing.
- Project lead and coordination of preventive actions among internal and external stakeholders
- Support internal and external project sponsors.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor or master's degree in law enforcement, Logistics/Supply Chain, Quality Management
- Experience in logistics and logistics' related services
- Analytical and conceptual skills
- Work experience in multi-cultural environments and proficient
- Strong communication skills in English and German
- Job Experience min. 5 years
- German (fluent or native speaker) and English in speaking and writing (level B2)
- MS Office (intermediate level)
- CPO, TAPA Certification preferred
- Knowledge of ISO 28000, ISO 31000, ISO 17712, ISO 27002
- Knowledge of governmental supply chain security programs (e.g. Regulated Agent)

- A valid work authorization for Germany is required for this position. We are currently unable to provide visa sponsorship or support work permit applications.
