Banx is seeking a highly motivated Technology Consultant & Solutions Developer to join our Dubai office.

This is a unique role that combines technology consulting, software development, client engagement, business development support, and leadership responsibilities. The successful candidate will work directly with clients, partners, and senior stakeholders while also contributing to the design, development, and implementation of technology solutions.

We are looking for a strong communicator with excellent technical skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Banx technology platforms and solutions.
• Participate in product architecture, software development, and technical planning.
• Meet with clients and partners to understand requirements and provide technical recommendations.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, workshops, and technical consultations.
• Represent Banx during meetings, conferences, and business discussions.
• Support business development and sales initiatives through technical expertise and solution design.
• Assist in identifying opportunities for new products, services, and client engagements.
• Collaborate closely with management and leadership teams.
• Work independently while managing multiple priorities and projects.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance across various initiatives.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry developments.
