Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Fit-Out Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising interior fit-out works, coordinating site activities, ensuring quality standards, and delivering projects within the approved schedule and budget. The candidate should have hands-on experience in UAE fit-out projects and a strong understanding of construction and finishing works.

Requirements

✅ Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field

✅ Minimum 3–5 years of experience in interior fit-out projects within the UAE

✅ Strong knowledge of fit-out construction methods, finishing materials, and site execution

✅ Ability to review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and shop drawings

✅ Experience in project coordination, site supervision, and subcontractor management

✅ UAE driving license is an advantage

✅ UAE experience is mandatory

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day fit-out activities on site
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams
• Review and interpret construction drawings, shop drawings, and specifications
• Monitor project progress and ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and quality standards
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with project requirements
• Coordinate material procurement and monitor delivery schedules
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
• Ensure proper implementation of health, safety, and quality procedures
• Attend project meetings and provide technical support when required
• Identify and resolve site issues to maintain project timelines
• Verify completed works and support project handover processes
• Coordinate authority inspections and consultant approvals where required

Skills & Competencies

• Strong technical knowledge of interior fit-out and finishing works
• Good understanding of joinery, gypsum, flooring, ceiling, painting, glass, and decorative finishes
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple activities simultaneously
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project documentation
• Knowledge of UAE construction regulations and industry standards
