Description
Fixen Technical Services LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Maintenance & Fit-Out Operations Manager to lead our operations team and oversee the successful execution of maintenance and interior fit-out projects across the UAE.
This role is ideal for a proactive leader with a strong technical background, excellent organizational skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage day-to-day maintenance and fit-out operations from planning through project completion.
- Supervise site teams, subcontractors, and technical staff to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
- Monitor project schedules, manpower, resources, and operational performance.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
- Review quotations, work orders, material requests, and project documentation.
- Prepare operational reports, project updates, and performance reviews.
- Drive process improvements, cost optimization, and operational efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance, facilities management, interior fit-out, or construction operations.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, civil works, interior fit-out, and building maintenance.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects and leading cross-functional teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
- UAE driving license is preferred.
