Deine zukünftigen Herausforderungen:

The Head of Customer Growth (m/f/d) is a senior position with a player-coach character: you lead a small, international team while also personally managing selected key accounts and actively driving the channel business. The role combines two motions – Account Management (developing existing customers) and International Channel (acquiring partners across Europe).

  • You lead a 6-person, internationally structured account management team – including non-DACH partner management (proactive focus on the EU, with worldwide coverage currently handled reactively by one manager).
  • As a team lead with your own customer base, you don’t just lead the team – you personally manage selected key accounts and drive active business development in the channel. This is deliberately not a pure leadership role.
  • Account Management motion: You establish proactive, regular engagement with our customers to secure retention and consistently unlock cross- and upsell potential.
  • You connect with both strategic decision-makers and the working level on the customer side, and collaborate closely with internal teams across Customer Success, Solution Engineering, Product, and Finance.
  • International Channel motion: You identify and win new partners (MSPs, system integrators, hosters) across the NESE region (Northern, Southern & Eastern Europe – focus on NL and DK).
  • Together with new partners, you develop a joint business case, own their onboarding, and ensure sustained, active engagement.
  • You work in a consistently KPI- and data-driven, structured way, steering your team through clearly defined metrics.
  • Your target achievement is measured by a commission mix of a maximum churn quota, an expansion quota, and partner pipeline generation.

Deine Skills:

  • Several years of experience in account management, customer success, and/or channel/partner management, ideally in a B2B environment (SaaS, tech, or cybersecurity).
  • Initial leadership experience combined with a true player-coach mindset – you lead while delivering results yourself.
  • A proven track record in retention, cross-/upsell, and/or building new partnerships.
  • A solid understanding of the channel ecosystem (MSPs, system integrators, hosters) and a feel for viable joint business cases.
  • A strongly KPI- and data-driven, structured way of working; steering by metrics comes naturally to you.
  • Strong stakeholder management across all levels – from C-level to the operational working level, both internally and externally.
