Your tasks:

• Submission and tracking of expense reports
• General administrative support for the R&D Planning team
• Regularly analysing and managing resource and budget status
• Analysing and booking outsourcing costs

Your profile:

• Initial experience in administration or project support is an advantage
• Structured, reliable and independent way of working
• Good knowledge of MS Excel; SAP knowledge is a plus
• Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
• Korean language
