POSITION PURPOSE:
The Visual Merchandising Specialist executes visual merchandising concepts across stores and retail events to support brand consistency and commercial performance. This role translates creative briefs and product strategies into clear visual guidelines, displays, and in store executions. Working closely with retail, agencies and store teams, the position ensures high quality implementation, continuous optimization, and measurable impact on client experience and sell through.

Permanent Merchandising:
· Partner with Product Specialists and Global teams (when applicable) to develop merchandising concepts and fixture designs that meet Middle East consumer needs while accommodating various store formats and configurations.
· Coordinate with suppliers on fixture design, technical drawings, production, and installation, ensuring excellence in execution and cost efficiency.
· Develop and maintain planograms that optimize product visibility, customer flow, franchise share of business, and storytelling through category segmentation, routines, and color coding.
· Manage fixture and pricing updates for all seasonal launches and assortment changes, ensuring timely implementation across stores.
· Conduct regular store visits to assess merchandising standards, monitor display effectiveness, and identify opportunities for enhancement.
· Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of permanent fixtures, including supplier coordination and grid ordering.
· Support store openings, renovations, relocations, and closures through effective management of brand movements and merchandising installations.
