Business Analyst

The Role

• Analyze and structure business and regulatory requirements for compliance systems
• Develop user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria within an agile software development framework
• Conduct and execute test cases, and approve system adjustments
• Provide 2nd-level support for applications and business departments
• Prepare and execute functional rollouts, including creating user documentation and training materials
• Actively contribute to innovation initiatives within the organization

What You'll Need

• Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a related field
• Several years of experience as a Business Analyst in the compliance environment of financial institutions
• Methodological knowledge in functional requirements and process analysis
• Experience in test case creation and execution
• Certifications in agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) and test management are a plus
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with a target-oriented and independent work style
• Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
