Why this role exists GPSR, REACH, RoHS, PPWR, CBAM, SCIP — Europe is rolling out a new compliance regime for physical products every six months, and every manufacturer, brand owner, and importer is scrambling. There is no incumbent. The category does not have a defined winner yet.
osapiens is building the product suite. You build how customers adopt it.
This is not “another onboarding role.” It is the chance to design how an entire software category gets sold and delivered — workshop formats that don’t exist yet, e-learnings that productize the parts no consultant should be repeating, an onboarding motion that can scale from 10 customers to 500 without 50x the headcount.
What you will own
- The onboarding model for a new category — From scoping workshop to go-live. You design it, run it with the first cohort of customers, and then productize it so the next consultant doesn’t start from scratch.
- Workshop formats — New regulations need new conversations. You conceptualize the formats — discovery sessions, regulatory mapping workshops, data-readiness assessments — and run them with real customers.
- Serialized onboarding — What can be productized, should be. Templates, in-app guides, structured discovery flows, content tracks per regulation. The default question is “why are we doing this 1:1 again?”
- E-learnings — In partnership with Academy, you build the on-demand layer that takes the white-glove 30% repeatable work and makes it self-serve. Every recurring customer question becomes a reusable asset within two weeks.
- Co-shaping the product — You sit close enough to Product that the friction you hit in implementation becomes a backlog item, not a workaround.
- Hand-off to CS — Clean baton, documented model, expansion thesis. Cross-sell opportunities flagged to Sales.

- Extreme Ownership — Own the implementation. Own the data quality gap. Own the customer’s go-live. Never blame product, the customer’s IT team, or the supplier base.
- Customer Outcome > Customer Comfort — Push the hard conversation about sponsorship, data, scope. We are paid to get them live and getting value — not to be polite.
- Speed — Time-to-value is the metric. Every customer signal answered inside 24h.
- AI-First by Default — AI is your scaling lever, not a sidebar. We expect you to be deep in agentic workflows within 90 days — we don’t expect you to arrive there.
- High Say:Do Ratio — Every commitment delivered. The system reflects reality.
What you bring
- 5+ years in consulting, product compliance, EHS, regulatory implementation, or comparable delivery work. Domain switchers are explicitly welcome — specific compliance tenure is not the filter.
- A track record of productizing what others would deliver bespoke. Your strongest reference is “I turned a 4-week workshop series into a 1-week format the rest of the team could run.”
- Comfortable in front of compliance leads, product managers, and operations teams in the same week. C-level credible.
- Fluent English. German strongly preferred. A second European language is a real plus.
- Hungry to make AI your scaling lever, and ready to be deep in agentic workflows fast.
