The Analyst – CRES Operations supports the delivery of workplace and property operations by ensuring effective execution of planned activities on the ground. The role focuses on performance monitoring, stakeholder coordination, and operational tracking, providing visibility on service delivery and helping bridge the gap between management expectations and execution. Support execution of CRES operational plans through structured tracking and reporting

Contribute insights on operational performance to inform decision-making

Ensure alignment between on-ground delivery and management priorities
Business
- Support day-to-day CRES operations across facilities, vendors, and stakeholders
- Provide structured updates on performance and service delivery
- Assist in ensuring workplace environments meet expected standards (safety, quality, efficiency)
Processes
- Monitor operational performance and identify service gaps
- Track actions, follow-ups, and closure of key activities
- Maintain reporting discipline and data accuracy
- Engage with teams to understand workflows and improve coordination

Risk Management
