What you can expect
- You apply and continuously further develop statistical and machine learning models, including regression models, time series analyses, classification, and clustering, to address sales-related use cases such as pipeline forecasting, churn prediction, and lead scoring.
- You independently design, develop, and own data science and AI solutions in Python and SQL on Azure and Snowflake, covering the full lifecycle from proof of concept to productive models in a sales context.
- You create new analyses based on large sales data sets and derive clear, actionable recommendations for sales stakeholders.
- You work closely with data engineers and data analysts on the ongoing development of KPIs, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
- You translate complex analytical results into tailored, audience-oriented data storytelling.
- You actively support the assurance of data quality and the validation of model inputs in close alignment with data governance.
- You proactively identify optimization potential and new AI and analytics use cases within the sales environment. What makes you stand out
- You bring solid experience in data science and advanced analytics, particularly with regression, classification, and time series models as well as ML and AI algorithms.
- You have very strong skills in Python and SQL and hands-on experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure and Snowflake.
- You have a good understanding of sales processes, CRM data, and key sales KPIs.
- You are experienced in transitioning proof-of-concept models into productive, scalable solutions.
- You are able to communicate complex modeling results clearly and effectively through audience-oriented data storytelling.
- You demonstrate strong analytical and structured thinking, combined with a high level of initiative.
- You communicate confidently and effectively with both sales and technical stakeholders.
- You work independently and reliably, with a strong focus on execution and results.
