We are a food manufacturing company established in Japan 88 years ago.

We operate factories in Thailand and Japan, and sell seafood products and health foods worldwide.

In response to the growing demand for Japanese food in Europe, we established our Germany branch in Düsseldorf in 2023.

Our main products are surimi and other processed fish-paste products.

Job Description

This position belongs to the Sales Department and involves providing comprehensive support to the sales team.

We have two types of sales operations: direct export sales from our factory in Thailand, and sales of products stored in warehouses within Europe.

The main responsibilities include supporting sales staff, processing orders, preparing invoices, and handling import/export-related tasks.

Working Hours

Part-time: 12–18 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Order processing and management in English
• Invoice creation
• Preparation of import/export documentation
• Support for import/export operations
• Arrangement of deliveries
• Preparation for food-related events
• Customer communication via email and phone
• Placing orders with the Thailand factory
• Develop and acquire new B2B clients (no business travel required).
• General support for the sales team

Your Profile

• Careful and structured working style
• Ability to work independently
• Basic MS Office skills
• Good communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest in Japanese cuisine / Japanese food
• Sales experience
