About The Role We are looking for an European Quality Assurance Specialist to support our European Quality team in maintaining and improving quality systems within a regulated environment.

Based in Mörfelden-Walldorf, this role works closely with the European QA Manager and internal stakeholders across Europe to support quality processes, metrics, training, and compliance activities.

What You’ll Do

  • Support European organizations and shared services in the documentation and implementation of quality and operational processes
  • Assist with maintaining ISO-compliant Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, IVDR)
  • Support quality complaint handling and quality system metrics reporting
  • Assist with internal audits, inspections, and follow-up activities
  • Support preparation of quality training materials and employee training activities
  • Coordinate responses to quality-related inquiries and questionnaires
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners

What We Are Looking For In You

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, life sciences, or a related field (or equivalent)
  • 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance in a regulated environment preferred
  • Working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and IVDR
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • High proficiency in Excel and Power BI
  • Fluent English; German and French or Italian require
