- Define, further develop and implement the overall test strategy at nexum and communicate it clearly to colleagues across teams and locations
- Adapt and translate this overall strategy into project-specific test approaches, tailored to context, technology and client needs
- Plan and manage test activities on a project level, including test concepts, test plans and test reporting
- Coordinate, train and integrate test resources in our projects and ensure efficient, high-quality collaboration
- Act as the central point of contact for test management in pitches, offers and estimations, ensuring that testing and quality are adequately represented towards clients and internal stakeholders
- Question the status quo, identify improvement potentials in our QA processes, tooling and collaboration, and drive these improvements “all the way” to implementation
- Support other nexum teams (e.g. development, project management, UX, consulting) with methodological and practical questions regarding testing and quality assurance
- Contribute to recruiting & employer branding for QA roles and help us attract and select the right talent
- Mentor and train QA colleagues and interested team members, building and strengthening a core testing community at nexum YOU ARE...
- A well-organized test manager and quality leader, who enjoys taking responsibility and providing orientation for others
- A true bug detective, who not only finds defects, but also understands root causes and helps prevent them in the future
- A strong translator between IT, project management and customer – you can communicate risks, test approaches and results in an understandable, convincing way
- A “team player” who still works independently, shows initiative and is comfortable in **client-facing situ
