Project Manager

Job Title: Project Manager – High-Rise Building Projects

Location: Dubai -United Arab Emirates
Industry: Construction / Building Contracting
Experience Required: Minimum 15 years (UAE experience mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of high-rise building projects from inception to completion
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project progress
• Monitor project performance, cost control, and timelines to ensure adherence to project objectives
• Ensure compliance with UAE construction regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements
• Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, and method statements
• Manage procurement activities, subcontractor selection, and contract administration
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Conduct regular site meetings and prepare progress reports for senior management
• Ensure effective communication among all stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 15 years of experience in construction, with a strong focus on high-rise building projects in the UAE
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects
• Strong knowledge of local authority regulations (e.g., Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, etc.)
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
• Strong financial and commercial awareness
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project)
• Excellent communication skills in English
