About The Role The Clinical Product Implementation Specialist Role is critical to our mission of successfully implementing Clinical Point of Care products in our direct markets.

  • The Clinical Product Implementation & Training Specialist plays a key role in delivering tailored, customer-specific product implementations and training programs for clinical products implementations, as defined by the Implementation Manager, based on customer needs and requirements.
  • This position is instrumental in ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and serves as the customer's initial point of contact with Nova Biomedical, helping to establish a strong and professional relationship from the outset.
  • Responsibilities include product implementation and training, support in the creation of training documentation, maintaining and documenting training records, generating reports, and support during audits.
