Your tasks:

  • Detailed analysis and processing of requirements from customer contracts and tenders
  • Creation of technical concepts and solutions for contractual requirements (calculations, simulations, parts lists, specifications, drawings, cable plans, piping plans, provision of logistical data, spare parts suggestions, training, commissioning, maintenance documentation, etc.) Evaluation of technical requirements according to customer requests, technical customer advice and creation of technical concepts (design calculations, quantity structures, specifications)
  • Cooperation with the members of the project group in order processing or project acquisition
  • Support of a high planning quality for deadlines, costs and services of the sub-project
  • Technical assessment of risks, opportunities, residual points, warranty and receivables in project management
  • Definition of performance, budget and deadlines incl. technical evaluation of concepts, scenarios, risks and opportunities in project acquisition
  • Participation in budget, capacity and material cost planning for the sub-project
  • Preparation of complete and correct documentation and progress level reports on the assigned work packages

Education:* Completed studies as a mechanical, shipbuilding, civil, electrical or industrial engineer or completed vocational training in a technical profession (master craftsman or technician)

Your profile:

  • Several years of professional experience (>= 5 years) in system design in the field of technical capital goods, preferably in shipbuilding
  • Independent, professional, structured, team- and solution-oriented way of working
  • Ability to work in a team, communication skills and commitment
  • Sound knowledge and confident handling of all Microsoft programs
  • Good handling of ERP programs and basic knowledge of SolidEdge desirable
  • Experience in the field of project management desirable
  • Good knowledge of German and English
