As a Global Solutions Advisor (DACH), you will advise mid-market organisations across Germany, Austria and Switzerland on how to hire, pay and manage talent internationally - compliantly and at speed. You will lead strategic conversations across HR, Finance and Legal stakeholders, building business cases and guiding clients through complex global workforce decisions (EOR, payroll, HR administration and multi-country expansion).
How you will make a difference:
- Build and execute a territory plan for DACH, including target account planning and proactive outbound strategy.
- Generate pipeline consistently through self-sourced prospecting, warm internal referrals, marketing leads and partner introductions.
- Lead structured discovery across HR, Finance, Legal and executive stakeholders to uncover business drivers, risks, and expansion timelines.
- Run complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles using a clear qualification framework and strong deal governance.
- Build and present commercial proposals and ROI-backed business cases, handling objections and leading negotiations through close.
- Maintain forecast accuracy and pipeline hygiene, with disciplined weekly deal reviews and next-step clarity.
- Operate in competitive cycles, clearly positioning Safeguard Global against alternatives, including global EOR platforms and local providers.
- Partner closely with BDRs, Marketing, Solutions/Operations, and implementation teams to ensure a strong handover and a consistent client experience.
What will give you an advantage:
- Strong communication skills inGerman and English language is a must
- Proven track record in B2B consultative sales, ideally within HR Tech, Payroll, or Employer-of-Record (EOR) solutions.
- Proven ability to build pipeline independently in a new business role (not only closing inbound).
- Strong experience selling into DACH stakeholders with high compliance expectations, including HR, Finance, Legal and C-level.
- Demonstrated excellence in discovery, deal control, and multi-threading, with clear examples of complex deal wins.
- High ownership mindset: you run your territory like a business.
- Track record of winning competitive cycles in EOR / global payroll / HR services against well-funded competitors.
- Comfort operating in structured procurement environments and navigating compliance-led decision making
- Collaborative mindset, able to work effectively with colleagues, customers, and business partners.
- Strong forecasting discipline and data-driven pipeline management.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, customers, and business partners
- Results-oriented with a focus on client satisfaction.
