Senior Product Engineer

You already build with agentic workflows daily. Most "senior" engineers are still asking permission to try them.

That gap is the whole hire. This team wants someone already living in Claude Code and agentic coding - pulling the rest of the team to the frontier, not catching up to it.

This is the most senior engineering seat in the company. Builder's role first, clear path to Head of Engineering past seed.

The company brings AI to industries software forgot. Think traditional "legacy", but vital to the economy.

Small team, part Berlin, part remote. Paying enterprise customers already. Seed round imminent.

You'll build the core product end to end and own the architecture - service boundaries, data models, cloud infra.

You'll then build LLM features with a sharp eye on inference, latency, and LLMOps. As the team grows, you'll set the bar.

Stack: NestJS, FastAPI, PostgreSQL; GCP (Cloud Run, GKE, Compute Engine); Terraform; CI/CD.

3-6+ years shipping in startups. Strong backend and production APIs. Secure coding and compliance for regulated customers. And genuine fluency with AI-native tooling (not curiosity, actual fluency)

Suitable for ex-founders or wildly ambitious builders who want to shape a company, not slot into a process. Not for anyone wanting a predictable 9-to-5.

€90k-€110k + a serious equity package. Hybrid in Berlin.
