Customer Service Agent - French Market

As a Customer Service Agent for the french market , you will guide customers throughout their entire journey and play a key part in strengthening PERGOLUX ’s reputation for premium, high-quality service. With empathy, product knowledge, and clear communication, you will ensure every interaction reflects the standards of a global outdoor-living brand rooted in Scandinavian design.

What You’ll Do

• Provide professional customer support via phone, email, and (video) chat.
• Assist customers with product questions and guide them confidently through the ordering process.
• Manage inquiries, returns, and complaints while ensuring accurate and complete case documentation.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure smooth, transparent delivery processes.
• Maintain customer data and contribute to process improvements that elevate service quality.

What You’ll Bring

• Fluent in French (C1) and good English skills (B1) for effective communication with customers and colleagues.
• 2-4 years of customer service experience, ideally in e-commerce or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills with a solution-oriented, empathetic approach.
• Enjoyment of a dynamic, collaborative environment with a strong service mindset.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, plus the ability to learn new systems quickly.
