About Us

Human Future Hub is a social enterprise in the making, designed to help Humans navigate the rapidly evolving AI landscape. We are raising awareness, providing education, and offering guidance on the responsible use of AI. We build and support a Community of Humans (CoH) that empowers itself with the exchange of information, experiences, and expertise. We aim to generate value by guiding organisations and groups towards a better understanding of AI's potential, limitations, and biases, to promote responsible, high-quality use. We're not another tech cheerleading platform. We're the human-centred voice in the AI conversation. Our current focus is on two key verticals:

Future of Work – exploring AI's impact on careers, organisations, and the workforce.

Future of Education – centred on our flagship "Educate the Educator" programme for teachers and parents. These two areas shape most of our content and community activity right now.

Your Role

We're seeking highly motivated Educators to join our Education team and take ownership of our 'Educate the Educator' workstream. We are looking for two individuals who can design and facilitate AI Literacy programs for teachers and parents (and more to come!). This is a volunteer position with significant potential for impact and growth opportunities as we scale.

What You'll Own

• Design and facilitate 'Educate the Educator' workshops for teachers and parents.
• Develop and iterate on AI Literacy curriculum and educational materials.
• Engage with our educational community to gather feedback and improve learning outcomes.
• Co-create educational strategy and workshop content with the Education team.

How We Work Together

You will own execution and strategy for Education key initiatives, most notably our 'Educate the Educator' program. You will be responsible for owning and driving our curriculum development across AI Literacy, AI Awareness, and AI Safety. In practice, this means that while the core team co-creates the strategic direction and themes, you lead how these programs are shaped and delivered to our community. We are looking for a self-starter who takes ownership of their work, someone who actively shapes our educational impact rather than just executing tasks.

You'll Work Closely With:

• Dario (Co-Founder: Product, Business, Education - your primary collaborator)
• Kata (Co-Founder: Collaborations and Partnerships)
• Others in the core team, depending on the topic
• Expert advisors and community members for content and social media visibility

Expected Output

Here’s what we expect you to work on (and deliver) together with us:

• Workshop delivery: Lead recurring 'Educate the Educator' workshops (online and/or in-person).
• Content development: Continuously update and improve workshop materials based on AI news and participants’ feedback.
• Team alignment: Monthly check-in to review workshop impact and strategy. Ad-hoc alignments when needed, and when building fast!

Duration:

Minimum 6-month commitment

Growth

Path: As we secure funding (grants, partnerships, memberships), core volunteer roles can transition to paid positions.

Whom Are We Looking For

Must-Haves

• Experienced Educator
• Fluent in English and German (both speaking and writing).
• Strong understanding of AI, specifically genAI.
• Passion for volunteering and helping
