Strategic IT-Infrastructure Architect (w/m/d)

Your Mission: Join our team!

• Develop and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead architecture design for client infrastructure, on-prem data centers, and network systems across all locations.
• Drive infrastructure modernization initiatives, including cloud migration and automation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business units to ensure infrastructure solutions meet operational and strategic needs.
• Ensure governance alignment with ISO, SOC2, ITSM, and other compliance frameworks.
• Establish disaster recovery and business continuity strategies for critical infrastructure components.
• Drive innovation by evaluating emerging technologies and recommending adoption where beneficial.

What we are looking for: Your profile

• 5+ years of experience as IT Architect or IT leader
• Deep technical expertise in enterprise infrastructure, networking, and identity management.
• Strong understanding of the ITSM process, with proven successful implementation experience.
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks (ISO, SOC2) and IT governance principles.
• Experience in guiding cross-functional teams as well as working in multicultural environments supporting IT teams around the globe
• Proven ability to drive innovation and adopt emerging technologies.
• Strong strategic planning and architectural design capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities that allow you to connect with various management levels and negotiate with vendors.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for complex infrastructure challenges.
• Excellent language skills in English, German is a plus
