As a Lead Architect (f/m/d) Corporate Reporting and Planning Applications, you will take end-to-end ownership of the architecture and strategic development of the mission-critical EPMplus corporate planning platform. Your primary objective will be to establish internal expertise, reduce dependency on external providers, and ensure the platform remains scalable, resilient, and aligned with the company's digital finance strategy. You will define the architectural roadmap for the corporate reporting and planning landscape, lead the design and implementation of innovative planning and reporting solutions, and serve as the recognized subject matter expert for EPM technologies. Working closely with Finance, Digital Core, and international stakeholders, you will translate business requirements into sustainable technical solutions while driving the future evolution of the platform, including AI-enabled capabilities. You will become part of an international team that values innovation, technical excellence, and collaboration while shaping the future of corporate financial planning and reporting.How You’ll Make an Impact* Develop and continuously evolve the strategic architecture and roadmap for the EPMplus platform, ensuring scalability, resilience, and alignment with the Finance digital strategy

  • Design and optimize enterprise planning and reporting solutions that support business transformation and provide reliable, intuitive user experiences
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities to enhance the corporate planning and reporting landscape, including AI-enabled capabilities
  • Act as the recognized subject matter expert for Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) technologies, architecture, and best practices while building internal expertise and reducing dependency on external providers
  • Collaborate closely with Finance, Digital Core, and cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions and ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems
  • Lead large-scale initiatives from concept through deployment, ensuring data integrity, system performance, governance, and continuous improvement across the enterprise planning and reporting landscape What You Bring* A university degree in Information Technology, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a comparable field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Extensive professional experience in a senior or lead architect role focused on Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), corporate financial planning, or enterprise reporting solutions
  • Strong expertise in SAP-based planning and reporting technologies (e.g., SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Business Data Cloud, SAP BW/HANA) and a solid understanding of enterprise finance processes
  • Proven experience in designing solution architectures, managing large-scale technical projects, and translating business requirements into sustainable technical solutions
  • Recognized expertise in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) technologies (e.g., SAP BPC, Oracle EPM/Hyperion, or Anaplan) and their integration into corporate finance landscapes
