What you'll do

• Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Monitor budgets, costs, and key financial indicators
• Run forecasts and variance analyses
• Support management in financial decision-making
• Improve internal reporting and controlling processes
• Collaborate with accounting, payroll, and external partners
• Keep financial processes transparent and structured

What we're looking for

• Degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration, or equivalent
• Experience in controlling, finance, or accounting
• Advanced Excel skills; ERP or BI tools are a plus
• Analytical mindset with a structured, detail-oriented approach
• Full professional proficiency in German + good English
• High sense of ownership and responsibility
