Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage domestic and international business travel itineraries
  • Oversee all administrative tasks, including stationery procurement, photocopying, and scanning
  • Provide comprehensive personal assistance to the manager, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and correspondence
  • Professionally handle all incoming communications (phone, email, fax, post) and warmly welcome visitors
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
  • Accurately prioritize tasks, determine response urgency, and escalate issues as needed
  • Safeguard sensitive documents and maintain organized filing systems
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the office and building, including overseeing maintenance personnel
  • Assist with ad-hoc HR requests and tasks

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant office administration experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and G Suite
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, trustworthiness, and punctuality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to learning and growth
  • A flexible, adaptable, and energetic personality
