Responsibilities
- Technical and disciplinary leadership, as well as development of employees within the production planning function
- Analysis and continuous improvement of internal and external logistics processes and workflows
- Responsibility for cross-site material flow from procurement to delivery
- Capacity planning based on sales forecasts, including ensuring on-time production orders and defining corrective measures in case of deviations
- Further development of the supply chain strategy, close coordination with internal interfaces, and creation and evaluation of KPIs, statistics, and reports
Qualifications
- Degree in industrial engineering, business administration with a focus on logistics, or a comparable qualification with several years of experience in supply chain management
- Very good ERP knowledge (ideally SAP R/3 and S/4HANA) as well as confident use of MS Office, in particular Excel
- Strong leadership and employee development skills
- Analytical mindset, structured and independent working style, and strong problem-solving abilities
