With innovative solutions, our global IT team, Endress+Hauser InfoServe, ensures that our corporate group can rely on seamlessly functioning IT. To strengthen our team, we are looking an SAP PP Consultant. In this role, you will take end-to-end responsibility for SAP Production Planning (PP) processes — from demand planning to inventory — across our global entities. You will collaborate with international stakeholders, design robust and future-proof solutions, and actively contribute to optimizing our global production landscape.

This position can be based either in Freiburg or Weil am Rhein.

Specifically, you can expect the following tasks:

• Take ownership of requirements analysis, feasibility assessment, and implementation of enhancements within the SAP PP environment, including integration with other SAP modules
• Analyze system issues, resolve defects, and continuously improve system performance
• Implement business requirements through SAP PP customizing
• Advise and support Endress+Hauser entities worldwide on SAP PP topics
• Contribute to strategic transformation projects, including our SAP S/4HANA migration
• Support the transition from SAP MES to SAP Digital Manufacturing
• Lead or support (sub-)projects, covering analysis, design, implementation, testing, documentation, and handover Ensure stable system operations through 3rd level support, including problem analysis, correction, and optimization

Your qualifications:

• You have completed studies in Business Administration/Business Informatics or possess a comparable qualification
• You have several years of professional experience in SAP PP consulting and customizing (ideally in S/4HANA environments). Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments is a strong advantage
• You have strong understanding of end-to-end production processes, including capacity planning, Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
• You have good knowledge of Kanban, variant configuration, and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) integration
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• You have strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Your prior experience with SAP ABAP would be an advantage Your proficiency in German and English completes your profile
