About Chawa

With our headquarters in Japan, Chawa is a premium Japanese matcha and tea company launching an exclusive experience center and café in Sharjah.

We're looking for an entrepreneurial Business Manager who will take ownership of the café's commercial success, daily operations, and growth strategy. This is not a traditional management role—you will have the opportunity to directly influence the business and participate in its success through a profit-sharing structure.

Your Mission

Your primary objective is to:

• Maximize café profitability.
• Drive consistent customer traffic.
• Build Chawa into the leading premium matcha destination in Sharjah and the Northern Emirates.

You'll have the autonomy to improve products, optimize pricing, create marketing campaigns, and implement growth strategies that generate measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

Business Growth & Sales

• Increase daily customer traffic and sales.
• Build relationships with local communities and businesses.
• Develop partnerships with companies, universities, and government organizations.
• Organize corporate events and membership programs.

Menu & Profitability

• Optimize menu pricing and product offerings.
• Improve gross margins through menu engineering.
• Introduce new products based on customer demand.

Marketing

• Create engaging Instagram and TikTok content.
• Grow Chawa's social media presence organically.
• Execute local marketing campaigns with minimal advertising spend.

Operations

• Oversee daily café operations.
• Maintain premium customer service standards.
• Manage inventory and quality control.
• Lead and motivate café staff.
• Ensure operational efficiency and profitability.

Requirements

We're looking for someone who has:

• 3–5 years of experience in café management, premium F&B, hospitality, or business development within the UAE.
• Strong commercial understanding of pricing, margins, and profitability.
• Experience creating social media content for Instagram and TikTok.
• A proven record of increasing sales and customer traffic.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Arabic is a strong advantage.

This is a full-time position requiring 100% commitment.

We are looking for someone fully dedicated to growing Chawa.

Compensation

Base Salary: AED 5,000 – AED 8,000 per month (depending on experience)

Profit Sharing: In addition to your salary, you'll receive an uncapped percentage of the café's net operational profits, allowing you to directly benefit from the business's success.
