Job Description

Worthy Thermal Insulation (WTI) is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented QA/QC Engineer to join our factory team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the company's quality standards and project specifications throughout the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections during production and before final dispatch.
• Ensure products comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain quality inspection reports and documentation.
• Identify quality issues and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures.
• Perform incoming material inspections and verify supplier quality.
• Coordinate with Production, Sales, and Project teams to resolve quality-related issues.
• Ensure measuring and testing equipment are properly maintained and calibrated.
• Assist in implementing and improving the company's Quality Management System.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of QA/QC experience in a manufacturing or factory environment.
• Experience in HVAC, duct manufacturing, insulation panels, or related industries is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of quality control procedures and inspection techniques.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
• Experience with quality audits and documentation.
• UAE driving licence is an advantage.
