We are looking for a motivated Lead Engineer - Electrical to join our team in the HVAC manufacturing domain. This role is ideal for candidates with strong electrical design knowledge and hands-on experience in HVAC systems.

About the Role

This role involves key responsibilities in the design and development of electrical systems for HVAC equipment.

Responsibilities

• Design and development of electrical switchgear systems
• Support application engineering, product development, and improvement initiatives in HVAC equipment
• Prepare cable routing layouts and cable tray designs for HVAC systems
• Develop and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM)
• Work on 3D design and modeling of HVAC equipment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient design solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering with minimum 5 years of experience

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of HVAC products and systems
• Experience in electrical design and application engineering within HVAC manufacturing
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Macros)
• AutoCAD & Autodesk Inventor
• Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Design and development of electrical part of Standard and customized HVAC Products
• HVAC experience in application, design, development process and product improvements in an AC Manufacturing company
• PLC/Microprocessor Programming skills
• Excellent Logical and analytical skills
• Leadership and Management Skills
• Communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power point), AUTOCAD and ERP
• Skilled in Design of HVAC electrical design and preparation of Bill of material
