Role Description The SAP SuccessFactors EC Core Consultant role is a full-time remote position responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining the Employee Central (EC) core module. On a day-to-day basis, the consultant will analyze HR and business processes, translate requirements into system configurations, and ensure data integrity and master data consistency. The role includes advising stakeholders on best practices, troubleshooting issues, performing testing, and preparing documentation and training materials. The consultant will collaborate with cross-functional teams, coordinate with technical and functional experts, and support continuous improvement of SAP SuccessFactors solutions.

Candidate must deliev already several projects as SAP EC Core consutlant and already has an experience on end-to end proccess.**
