Your Responsibilities

Design, development, and refinement of test, calibration, and automation systems for mass production
Development and implementation of testing and calibration strategies for new and existing products
Development and maintenance of technical interfaces between production equipment, test equipment, software solutions, and databases
Analysis and Optimization of Existing Testing, Calibration, and Manufacturing Processes
Evaluation and Implementation of New Technologies to Further Develop Our Production Environment
Close collaboration with hardware and software development, production, and quality assurance teams during the industrialization of new products

What You Bring To The Table

Bachelor's or Master's degree (from a university or university of applied sciences) in electrical engineering, systems engineering, automation engineering, mechatronics, or a related field
Several years of experience in the development of measurement, inspection, testing, or automation systems
In-depth knowledge of electronics, testing procedures, and production-related systems
Experience in programming and scripting (e.g., Python, C#, LabVIEW)
Knowledge in the areas of system integration, interface development, and data communication
An analytical and structured approach to work, as well as a strong understanding of complex technical concepts
Initiative, a commitment to quality, and a passion for collaborating with various departments
Proficiency in German and English
