Doodle is a B2B SaaS platform used by millions of professionals to coordinate meetings and collaboration. We are expanding from a scheduling product into a broader productivity and coordination platform, creating meaningful opportunities to accelerate growth through Product Led Growth.

You are more than a Growth leader. You are a commercial operator, product strategist, and experimentation expert who knows how to turn millions of active users into sustainable recurring revenue. You will sit at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Marketing, Data, Design, and Revenue, leading our Product Led Growth strategy and scaling our self serve business across North America and EMEA.

What You Will Do

As Head of Growth, you will own Doodle's Product Led Growth strategy and lead the initiatives that improve activation, conversion, monetization, retention, and expansion.

Growth Strategy & Roadmap

  • Own and maintain the Growth roadmap, balancing short term revenue opportunities with long term product investments.
  • Translate business objectives, customer insights, analytics, and experimentation into measurable initiatives and outcomes.
  • Act as the primary decision maker for Growth prioritization across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Revenue.
  • Align cross functional teams around Growth priorities and measurable business impact.

Experimentation Leadership

  • Build and lead a high velocity experimentation program across the business.
  • Establish experimentation frameworks, success metrics, governance, and learning processes.
  • Build a culture of hypothesis driven product development.
  • Drive experimentation across onboarding, pricing, messaging, lifecycle automation, monetization, and user experience.
  • Partner with Engineering and Data to build scalable experimentation capabilities and high quality instrumentation.

Drive Revenue Growth

  • Own the strategy and execution for self serve ARR.
  • Deliver measurable improvements across acquisition efficiency, conversion, retention, expansion, and churn reduction.
  • Partner with Revenue and Finance to achieve quarterly ARR targets.
  • Improve subscription growth across monthly and annual plans.
  • Influence pricing and packaging strategy through experimentation and customer insights.
  • Increase Average Revenue Per User while protecting product adoption and viral growth.

User Activation & Product Adoption

  • Improve onboarding, activation journeys, and product adoption across the customer lifecycle.
  • Identify the behavioral moments that create long term customer value.
  • Build lifecycle experiences that encourage activation, engagement, and subscription conversion.

Product Qualified Leads

  • Define Product Qualified Lead criteria in partnership with the Sales organization.
  • Optimize the identification, qualification, and handoff of high intent users to Enterprise Sales.
  • Continuously improve conversion from product usage to qualified pipeline.

Cross Functional Leadership

  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, Revenue, and Customer teams.
  • Define Growth KPIs, funnel reporting, and business performance metrics.
  • Translate insights into product strategy, commercial priorities, and roadmap decisions.

Our Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a Product Led Growth leader with strong commercial judgment, product thinking, and analytical rigor.

Growth Leadership

  • 8+ years of experience leading Product Led Growth, Growth Product Management, or Growth functions within SaaS businesses.
  • Proven experience owning Growth strategy and product roadmap prioritization.
  • Track record of delivering measurable business growth through product innovation and experimentation.
