Sales Support Executive

Job Summary:

Provide administrative, technical, and commercial support to the sales team by preparing quotations, coordinating customer inquiries, processing orders, maintaining sales records, and ensuring timely order execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare commercial quotations based on customer requirements.
• Review RFQs, specifications, and customer documents.
• Coordinate with suppliers to obtain pricing, delivery schedules, and technical information.
• Support sales engineers in preparing technical and commercial submittals.
• Process purchase orders and sales orders.
• Follow up on quotation status and customer feedback.
• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and finance departments.
• Maintain customer and project records in the ERP/CRM system.
• Ensure all project documentation/MDR is complete and submitted on time.
• Assist with vendor registrations, prequalification (PQ), and customer portal submissions.
• Monitor delivery schedules and update customers on order status.
• Handle general customer correspondence and documentation.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in sales support, preferably in electrical trading/Cable industry.
• Knowledge of electrical products, cables, and industrial materials is preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Reporting to Director - Oil and Gas Division

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Sales Support in Electrical Trading/Cable Industry: 3 years (Required)
